About
Claudiu Mirea is a Romanian musician, singer and guitarist born in Craiova and currently living in Bucharest. He studied classical guitar at the Faculty of Music in Timișoara, and taught himself to sing by listening to a range of singers such as Elvis Presley, Queen, Ronan Keating, Sting and Eric Clapton. He won the Megastar competition on Prima TV in 2009 with the band Buzz!, and in 2011 he competed on Vocea României as part of Horia Brenciu's team. Claudiu Mirea also writes his own songs, blending several styles into one: pop. He is currently working on an album of original material.
